Wesley Foundation Committees
Administration Team
Assist with organization, scheduling, record keeping, communications, data management, event registration, and general office support. Ideal for those who enjoy planning, organization, and helping ministries run smoothly behind the scenes.
Set-Up & Event Support Team
Help prepare spaces before events and restore them afterward. Responsibilities include arranging tables and chairs, decorating, preparing materials, welcoming guests, and ensuring events are ready to begin successfully.
Social Media & Outreach Team
Create engaging content, design graphics, tell ministry stories, manage social media platforms, and help connect students and community members to Wesley Foundation programs and events.
Music Ministry Team
Support worship and special events through singing, instrumental music, audio coordination, and creative arts. Musicians of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.
Technology Team
Assist with livestreaming, sound, projection, video production, website support, photography, and digital communication. A great opportunity for those interested in technology and media.
Hospitality & Food Ministry Team
Create a welcoming environment through meal preparation, refreshments, event hosting, greeting guests, and helping everyone feel valued and included.
Prayer & Care Ministry Team
Support individuals through prayer, encouragement, spiritual care, visitation, follow-up conversations, and compassionate listening.
Beautification Team
Help maintain attractive, inviting indoor and outdoor spaces through decorating, seasonal projects, landscaping enhancements, flower beds, and environmental improvements.
Grounds & Facilities Team
Assist with lawn care, building upkeep, minor repairs, seasonal maintenance, safety checks, and caring for the physical property entrusted to our ministry.
Janitorial Team
Support cleanliness and stewardship by helping maintain meeting spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas to provide a welcoming environment for everyone.
Programming & Community Outreach Team
Develop and coordinate programs, service projects, community partnerships, special events, educational opportunities, and initiatives that engage students and the wider community.
