About

The WIU Wesley Foundation is a great place for students and other folks to gather for fellowship, worship, Bible study, free food & meals, and to get assistance with student & family needs.

The Wesley Foundation at Western Illinois University (WIU) in Macomb, Illinois, is a campus ministry led by Rev. Paul Newhall. Serving the WIU community since 1963, the Foundation supports students’ overall well-being by nurturing body, mind, and spirit. We offer weekly programs, Bible studies, worship gatherings, social events, and two free dinners each week in a welcoming, supportive setting.

We are an inclusive and diverse community of 40–50 undergraduate, graduate, and international students along community members. Our mission is to help students grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and experience genuine Christian fellowship. The ministry is primarily supported by gifts of churches and donations by individuals.
